Can you support businesses outside Las Vegas?

Yes, definately. 702it has experience remotely supporting users and business literally around the world. We have supported 40,000 member organizations in North America. We have remotely setup servers on both sides of the bridge in Macau and Zhuhai China. We have client relationships going back 20 years in Wisconsin we remotely support. Working remotely during Covid was not new to 702it. The world finally caught up to us after 20 years.

How long do I have to wait to get support?

Most times we will be communicating immediately from the time you call, text or email to let us know you need help. Being there when you need us is what sets us apart.  

Do you perform maintenance during business hours?

No. We schedule our tools to run in the middle of the night. Also, issues that can be resolved without interrupting the users are done after business hours.
